How can I change Sender's Name in Subscription emails sent?

Hi,

I have set a subscription form. Everything is working fine except that the mails sent are showing from Unknown Sender. I have filled Sender Name field in Basic details but its still showing Unknown Sender. Please help.

Uhm, I suspect the provider is forcing a different sender. We do not set “unknown”. Have you asket your provider?
If you create a WP user and when savin check the “Send the new user an email about their account”, the email sender you can see is …?
