Great Plugin, Easy to Config, Hard to setup for CSS Igniter Users

Hello, first i have to thank for this great plugin. Because i want to use it with a CSS-Igniter Template, inside i can set action url

“Email” field ID
i used

“Email” field name

I can optinally set hidden fields so much as i need

Hidden field name
Hidden field value

but i didnt
when i try to subscribe i get wrong email.

could you please give me a hint?
