    Hi,

    I set up the email configurations like below:

    Sender email address: newsletter@domain.com
    Sender name: Domain

    However, they are not considered when the newsletter is sent:

    Is this a bug or should I make other changes?

    Hi, the provider is forcing it. On bluehost the newsletter@domain.com email should be a real email and domain.com should be the blog domain.
    Ask the bluhost support, clearly they are replacing the address with a bluehost one.

    Thank you so much! I didn’t think at that, but most probably you’re right.

    I told my client to ask the provider to add this email. 🙂
