After installing and choosing un template, I ran a problem that I have no permission to access to the file preview.php. The exacte path is /wp-content/plugins/newsletter/emails/preview.php. So surely I can’t continue to preceed to edit. Could someone can help me for this case? Thank you.September 8, 2015 at 5:30 pm #17565StefanoKeymaster
Probably you can continue to edit, the problem is almost surely a file system permission problem or some other security constrain in your blog.September 16, 2015 at 6:09 am #17681WallyOParticipant
I am having the same issue.
It occurs when the theme being previewed has post images inserted into the html by the theme.
It happens on all supplied themes that have images.
It generates the server errors…
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function nt_post_image() in /home/theaccount/public_html/wp-content/plugins/newsletter/emails/themes/vimeo-like/theme.php on line 94
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function nt_post_image() in /home/theaccount/public_html/wp-content/plugins/newsletter/emails/themes/theme-1/theme.php on line 78
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function nt_post_image() in /home/theaccount/public_html/wp-content/plugins/newsletter/emails/themes/theme-3/theme.php on line 79
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function newsletter_get_post_image() in /home/theaccount/public_html/wp-content/plugins/newsletter/emails/themes/pint/theme.php on line 47
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function newsletter_get_post_image() in /home/theaccount/public_html/wp-content/plugins/newsletter/emails/themes/linear/theme.php on line 99
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function newsletter_get_post_image() in /home/theaccount/public_html/wp-content/plugins/newsletter/emails/themes/default/theme.php on line 96
The functions are defined in modules.php but appear unavailable when called from the context of the theme preview.phpSeptember 16, 2015 at 11:38 pm #17713WallyOParticipant

I’m a newbie in Newsletter plugin and I like it very much. But I have an issue with standard themes – every (except the Drag and Drop theme, which I use primarily and the XMAS 2014 theme) produces an fatal error …
“Fatal error: Call to undefined function check_admin_referer() in /nfsmnt/hosting1_1/d/5/d599bad5-e99d-4724-bb30-06c8c37bb605/tichoaspol.sk/sub/beta/content/plugins/newsletter/emails/preview.php on line 5”
… and after PROCEED TO EDIT it produces an another fatal error:
“Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘../../../../wp-load.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/php56/lib/php’) in /nfsmnt/hosting1_1/d/5/d599bad5-e99d-4724-bb30-06c8c37bb605/tichoaspol.sk/sub/beta/content/plugins/newsletter/emails/create.php on line 6”
Can U help me pls. ?
