Basically, when I setup Feed by Mail and I send out a test email it works great.  However, when the system goes to send out the designated email it doesn’t even send.  Now, if I manually press “Send Now” it will “send out” all of the emails, but nobody will receive anything.

My log file keeps giving me this error message:

    27-03-2013 15:37:28 – ERROR – 34610224 – Blocked by transient newsletter_main_engine set 144 seconds ago

    Thank you!

The transient blocking is an internl protection. A question to better undestand the proble: an email has been generated and listed on sending status?

That is correct.  The email generated and the sending status showed that all of the emails had been sent.

Uhm, once the email is generated it is processed by the delivery engine which move it from sending (0/xxx) to sent (xxx/xxx).

If the latter if your actual status it means the emails have been sent. Are you sure no one received them?

Did you already sent out emails with the plugin? Like a regular newsletter?

    Which is your provider?

    Stefano.

That’s correct it goes from 0/xxx to xxx/xxx and is sent out to all subscribers.  I’m positive that it has not been sent out to subscribers.

I have not sent out emails via a Newsletter yet, but like I said before all of my test emails work properly.

    My provider is Bluehost.

This is very strange, since it means the delivery engine ended its work successfully. Try to see if you have a wp-content/log/newsletter with some log file. Probably not, but if there are files, please zip them and send them at stefano@satollo.net (you can write to me directly to continue about this problem).

But for debug next events, go to diagnostic panel and enable the logging at info level, so common actions taken by Newsletter will be logged.

I don’t know about bluehost mail limits, can you ask them if they blocked the outgoind email for any reason?

If you enabled the email tracking on feed by mail, did you see some opening on statistic page?

    Stefano.

Hey, thank you very much for your help!  I figured out that I had WP-Cron setup incorrectly.

Uhm, but since the delivery engine seems it ended the sending process… why the emails was not sent?

    Stefano.
