external links do not work

I have set up a newsletter but my links are automatically refering to my own website instead of the website external website.
for instance the link
a href=”http://www.EXTERNALWEBSITE.COM/behandelingen/ogenlaseren/”>read more…</td>
becomes :

http://www.MYWEBSITE.nl/wp-content/plugins/newsletter/statistics/link.php?r=Nzs1MjM3OTA7aHR0cDovL3d3dy5sYXNlci1jb21wYW55Lm5sL2JlaGFuZGVsaW5nZW4vdGF0b2VhZ2UtdmVyd2lqZGVyZW4vOw%3D%3D

It’s correct, you can disable the tracking if you prefere.
