I currently use the free version of the newsletter plugin . I will be purchasing the paid version before launch October 1st, to integrate with woocommerce and take advantage of the automation.

I am in the process of completely rebuilding my website from zero. I would like to export the database from the old website and import it into the new website. Can this be done within the newsletter plugin itself? It doesn’t appear that it can. If not, can you provide guidance on how to, using phpmyadmin or similar?

To move the database containing your subscribers and newsletter you need to dump and restore some tables: https://www.thenewsletterplugin.com/documentation/developers/backup-recovery/

Thanks very much for your prompt reply. This morning I followed the instructions you linked (mostly) I was a little confused by the options table, as there only appear to be two entries in the options table that relate to the newsletter plugin.

My subscribers and my past emails appear to have transferred just fine. However, none of my lists appear to have transferred. This is a problem. Can you point me in the right direction?

Using phpmyadmin I exported the following tables:
    newsletter
    newsletter_emails
    newsletter_sent
    newsletter_stats
    newsletter_user_logs

    Did I miss something?

Note if I browse the newsletter table I see the list_1, list_2 columns. However, when I go to the newsletter plugin dashboard, I also see the lists but none are named though the subscriber counts appear to be accurate. I am going to manually rename the lists on the new site in the same order and report back the results momentarily.

    That worked FYI.
