I have enabled access to blog editors, but the bloggers are not allowed to export a list of the subscribers (or at least I get the following message: “Not allowed” on a white page, when I try to export).

Does anyone know how to allowed the editors to export the list?

    Best regards,-

Uhm, it could be a bug, or maybe initially I decided that an export is too much for an editor. I’ll check the code.

Since the last Update we have the same problem.
We use User Role Editor and the Role we created could Export Emails in the Newsletter Plugin before update.
Now there is the message “Not allowed” on a white page.
Which permission is necessary to export emails?

Hi, I have the same problem the access for blog editor is enabled but editor can’t export the user list (not allowed on the white page).
I updated to the last version but is the same. Do you know how I can solve?

    Thanks in advance

    Hi Stefano,
could You please give me a note, what I can say to me customer about the access for users without admin-permissions.
Can I say, he must wait a little bit?
Or can I say, he must buy the Premium Version to use the newsletter export width other permissions?

    Thanks, Regina

I have also problem with export subscr.
When I try to export via chrome and opera. I see the message Error:network error.
    PHP settings:
    max_execution_time 600
    max_file_uploads 20
    max_input_nesting_level 64
    max_input_time 60
    max_input_vars 3000
    memory_limit 256M
    output_buffering 4096
    post_max_size 40M

Permission on WordPress folder (and subfolder) – 750
    and files – 640

Small list of subscr. (5 e-mails) well done.
And 500 subscr. – cause error.
    Thanks, Pavel.
