    Hi-
Can somebody please help me, no matter what I try I keep getting the below error message

ERROR 500 – INTERNAL SERVER ERROR

The HTML link it goes to is the following:

    http://www.linecatchers.com/wp-content/plugins/newsletter/do/subscribe.php

I am not sure how to get this fixed

Very very strange to see that on hostgator. On diagnostic panel there are some warning about file permissions?

By the way, you should find in the folder wp-content/plugins/newsletter/do an error_log file (not externally accessible) with the error cause inside. Can you mail it to me? stefano@satollo.net.

Thanks for getting back to me, I do not see that error log file? I sent you an email with what I see in that folder

I saw the email, but that log file is a Newsletter file and cannot log the 500 error. May be you have another error log in the root folder?
Are you sure the file permission are not so strict that neither apache can log the error on that folders?

    I have same error.

The only data about that on the log is:
[Wed Oct 22 13:57:29 2014] [error] [client 31.222.112.49] Premature end of script headers: <strong>subscribe.php</strong>, referer: http://domain.net/

    The url causing that is:
    http://domain.net/wp-content/plugins/newsletter/do/subscribe.php

System is CentOS 6.5 with CWP Centos webpanel, wich manages too the configuration (uses suPHP).

I have no problem like that with other plugins.
    Any suggestion?

Did you customized something like the message.php page? Or can be a file permission problem, match the permission with the ones of the index.php file of your wordpress installation.

    Let me know.

    Bye, Stefano.
