ParticipantHi Stefano,
on WordPress 3.3.2 I manage Newsletter plugin v.2.5.2.6 with a mailing-list of 5031 subscribers. Sometimes a big part of subscribers do not receive newsletter despite the email status showing “sent” to all.
How come?
ThanksApril 9, 2014 at 1:21 pm #10910gianfranco
ParticipantHi Stefano,
i tried to send newsletter to single lists with max 1000 accounts. Also this time some subscribers did not receive email despite the email status showing “sent” to all.
N.B. I set ‘Max email per hour’ to 500 (provider limit is 800).
Tnx a lotApril 11, 2014 at 11:19 pm #10917Stefano
KeymasterThe plugin delivers emails to your mail server. If the mail server dorps them, no one will be notified. You should ask confirmation from your provider about emails per hour limits and if they can check while email are not delivered looking at the mail server logs.
Which is your provider? Have they a page where they wrote the emails per hour limit?

ParticipantHi Stefano,
Aruba told it is not possible to check server logs, limit is 700/800 emails per hour.
ThanksApril 19, 2014 at 9:53 am #10958Stefano

grazie mille!April 27, 2014 at 9:20 am #10990Stefano
KeymasterNel pannelo dell’smtp…

Non devo fare nient’altro? Grazie.SMTP -> get_lines(): $data was “”
