When the welcome emails get set out, there is a banner message at the top that says: “This message may not have been sent by: email@example.com Learn more Report phishing”
What section of the plug in should I be looking at to fix? I have changed all email addresses under “configuration” –> “General Settings” to firstname.lastname@example.org so I do not know why it is reporting that the sender may not actually be from me.
I found the solution. I had to go into my web domain account and create an email address through the domain. Once I created the email address within the domain and then added it to the configuration settings the banner went away.
