When I insert a link into an email, rather than directing to the link in the Link Text tag, it is sending me to https://email.mail.mywebsite.com/c/eJwtjUEOgyAQAF-jRwMsKhw49OI_lmURErRGMXy_tmkyt0lmgovRS99nN6OYPHDUfp5QE8o4I4OAIIDNaKDTIl-IVCndJ6WB3lufnKZoRrAWgYIKpC1aoViiVpMxIsi-uFTrcXXw6tTy0FobauKd21W4Vj6Pcq95_-VOl_91q5_dumEuX_EBb2c07A (or something of the like).
That jumbled link does not work, and it is saying the browser could not establish a secure connection to the site. This happens with all links. I have tried disabling tracking for emails, and still have the same issue.
Tha is not our tracked link, is seems they’re are encoded by another mail service as well. Is this a real domain you recognize?
“mywebsite” is my actual URL, obviously. That subdomain does exist on my website.
And apparently my “Link Text” example was accepted as HTML; I really meant that it’s in the “a href=“”” tag.
