I have used our newsletter for the first time. I get an answer from a subscriber who wanted to unsubscribe :
This subscription can’t be completed, sorry. The email address is blocked or already subscribed. You should contact the owner to unlock that email address. Thank you.
I have tried it myself and i cannot unsubscribe myself either.
can you help me. thanks, Ivo
May be the default message is misleading. On subscriber management panel does that address are in unsubscribed status?
