Does Newsletter plugin fulfill my requirements?

Hi.

I’m looking for a newsletter plug-in. I believe Newsletter is the right choice for me, through professional extensions, but I’m not sure.

These are my requirements:

1. Automatic newsletter instantiation and sending according to time schemes, say daily: Create and send a newsletter with posts published last 24 hours.

2. Fully customizable PHP theme. I need to organize posts in sections according to post categories, and some other fields (even custom fields).

3. Render featured images.

4. Easy unsubscripition.

5. Confirm subscription by e-mail.

6. Localized or localizable to Spanish.

7. Check-box for a legal warning acceptance. Or redirect to a page where legal warning must be accepted by pressing a button. Or the like.

Please, let me know if Newsletter covers these requirements.
