    I made a new WebSite…and I installed your newsletter plugin…I create an email but it doesn’t start the delivery.

    It’s a week I’m waiting the start…

    why?

    Hi, can you check the newsletter list and report me how is your email listed? For example “sending (xx/yy)”?

    Hi I have the same problem, the sending has not started. I need to get this out as it will be out of date if I leave it any longer. Status says ‘sending’ and query – select * from xarfmrtg_newsletter where status=’C’

    But the numbers near the sending status on the newsletter lists, what are they reporting?

    total emails sent =0

    Hi Julia,

    just enter the “newsletters” panel an look at the newsletters list. You newsletter should be listed with “sending (xx/yy)”.

    What look like “xx” and “yy”?

    If “xx” is zero, that means the delivery engine is shut down. If can verify it on diagnostic panel.

    OK I think it was clashing with another plugin, so now I have removed that, deleted newsletter and then reinstalled it. Let’s see what happens now. All the test emails are OK

    OK it is working now – well it has sent 8 out of 206 so that is good!
