Hello. I just installed the Newsletter plugin and have not changed the configuration yet. When I attempt to create a newsletter or add a test subscriber, I get a ‘Database Error’ message with no options to proceed.

    Any ideas?

A single page with “database error”? Can be the provider, if you have such a page and you should ask them about eventually reached limits.

    Hi,

I have a similar issue; my database is empty so I did’nt reach any limit; but when I have a look to the database, there is no special table for the pluggin, maybe it’s normal?

    Any Ideas?

    Thanks for your answer,
    David

Try to use the force upgrade from the diagnostic panel and check if the database user used can create tables.

    Hi,

In my case, the problem was that I was using PostgreSQL as database server and the plugin is compatible with. With mySql, I had no problem.

    Hope this help!
