    Hi, I created a new theme (acerboli2) by customizing an existing theme (theme-3), I customized texts and other, but the image in the top banner of the theme does not appear and you only see the background color. The custom theme is positioned in the path http://www.domainname.com/wp-content/extensions/newsletter/emails/themes/acerboli2. Here’s the code:

    <table cellspacing=”0″ align=”center” border=”0″ style=”max-width:800px; width:800px; background-color: #eee;” cellpadding=”0″ width=”800px”>
    <tr style=”background-image: url(header.jpg); height:80px;width:800px;” cellspacing=”0″ border=”0″ align=”center” cellpadding=”0″ width=”800″ height=”80″>
    <td height=”155″ width=”800″ style=”color: #fff; font-size: 30px; font-family: Arial;” align=”center” valign=”middle”>
    </td>
    </tr>
    ……..

    The image header.jpg is positioned in the same directory of custom theme but not displayed. Why ?

    Greetings.

    Fabio.

    Hi Fabio, this occurs because when you send mail, trying to catch the image of the mail service directory, so you should not ever put absolute url. Is that image should be admissible, and their corresponding permits readings. That is the background should appear the next url:

    http://www.domainname.com/wp-content/extensions/newsletter/emails/themes/acerboli2/header.jpg

    Greetings.

    Ismael

    On email every image must have the absolute url.
