Conflict with smtp.com plugin

Having a conflict with the smtp.com plugin – when activated drag & drop doesn’t work in the newsletter editor.

Anyone seen this? Any known fix/bandaid?

Turning it off to edit and then back on to send, but not ideal.

Hi if the editor does not work when that plugin is active, it means they’re injecting some code in our admin pages, try to ask them to check is they add css/js on other plugins’ admin pages.

Yeah, I opened a support ticket with them first, just figured I’d check here too.
