I sent my first newsletter to a set of 60 subscribers today who had agreed to test for me.
I’m very surprised that clicking the logo leads to a strange URL within the user’s inbox? Users are confused because they have always clicked the logo in my previous system to visit the site. This also affects the online archived newsletters.
I have 11,000 to go out very soon. Please can this be fixed quickly?
Incidentally, regarding our previous correspondence, Mailgun and Sendgrid both inform me that their systems will deal with sending 8000 emails in an hour without issues. Mailgun is proving to be very reliable for me.
