    Hi,

I have moved the site to another server and lost all my subscribers.
Any chances to get them back automatically?

If they migrate the wordpress database, no subscribe has been lost. Who did the migration? Can you ask him about your original database?

    I did the migration.
Have the WP database with me (is this a separated database?)

the database contains some tables of the newsletter plugin: wp_newsletter*, you should import them as well.

all this 3 tables were imported with the WP database and I have them on my new server database:

    wp_vjvq_newsletter
    wp_vjvq_newsletter_emails
    wp_vjvq_newsletter_stats

however the subscribers are not yet on the backend, there are around 1000 so I could really need some help in here, do you have an idea why? could it be a permissions issue?

So the plugin should see the tables. if you do an export? are you sure the subscriber panel is not filtering by status or by name?

(by the way, I have replied one of your newsletters a couple a weeks ago but this seems the best way to contact you. Your recent newsletters, from “Satollo.net <newsletter@satollo.net>” only arrive with a smaller than sign:”<“, no further content, you may wanna give a look at it)
