    Hello. I can’t make any test subscribers.It gives me every time this error.

    Unable to update, may be the email (if changed) is duplicated.

    I made sure that the email isn’t duplicated, and i tried with a lot of emails, but still it doesn’t work.Please Help !

    I have just entered the subscribers panel, pressed “new subscriber” inserted an email address, created the user, changed it to test subscriber and it works.

    Then I opened an old subscriber, set it as “test” and saved.

    If you have such error, or your database is out of synch (very strange) or there are other kind of problem.

    Goto the diagnostic panel, enable log at info level and send me the files you find inside the wp-content/logs/newsletter folder if possible.

    Thank you for your answer. Look what i did. I emptied the log file and then i tried to make subscribers as test a couple of times. I checked again the log file and this is the error.

    27-03-2013 22:15:07 – ERROR – 46233848 – save: Unknown column ‘followup’ in ‘field list’
    27-03-2013 22:17:02 – ERROR – 46236736 – save: Unknown column ‘followup’ in ‘field list’
    27-03-2013 22:21:06 – ERROR – 46233904 – save: Unknown column ‘followup’ in ‘field list’
    27-03-2013 22:21:13 – ERROR – 46233896 – save: Unknown column ‘followup’ in ‘field list’

    Later edit : also the follow up is set to NO.

    Hi, I’m having the exact same problem as mewith3dots. And the log file lists the exact same things…

    Also something that seems very strange is the date near the field Follow Up.

    I made a print screen.

    I understood, my fault. That column id added by a module.

    I’ll release a patch in few hours.
