    Hi,
I have created a subscription page at http://absolutoweb.com.br/newsletter/ and when I try to subscribe, the subscription confirmation page is delivered blank (see at http://absolutoweb.com.br/wp-content/plugins/newsletter/do/subscribe.php) and the subscription is not completed successfully.
What am I doing wrong and how to solve that?
    Any help is appreciated.
    Fernando

Hi, it can be a memory error or something else. From a blank page it’s impossible to solve the problem. Does test email arrive? Because the welcome email has not delivered to me when I tried to subscribe.

Have you the apache error logs?

    Hi Stefano,
The test email does arrive, but the welcome email doesn’t.
I’ll get the apache error log to post here.
Thanks for now. I’ll post again soon.

No, it is not relevant (even if my knowledge of what it seems a windows server is limited).

The only way is to have an administrative access and put some check point in the subscription process.

    Stefano.

    Stefano,

I just sent you an email with the passwords. Would you please check?

    Thank you.

Hi, solved. Someone change the permission of the wp-content folder to 777. Provider totally blocks PHP script inside folder with that kind of permission. I think who installed wordpress did it to protect the blog… but newsletter does not work with that setting.

    Stefano.

    Hi Stefano,

And what kind of permission is needed? 755?

Thank you very much for your help.

    Yes. 777 is too loose.
