    Hi!

    great plugin, thanks!

I’m new and have a small problem:

the newsletter is sent but the sentence “newsletter was added to queue” stays, so I can’t know when it really finished sending the emails and if all were sent.
I tried playing with the emails per hour so that it won’t take so long since I have only 280 users, but it didn’t change: when I pressed pause it then showed that it send all emails it said 280/280 so I figured it was OK.

    what can I do?

another question is: when the emails are not delivered for some reason, instead of getting the message to the email I sent from, I receive an email to the address connected to my web-space that doesn’t appear in wp. this is weird! and a problem, since I’m not the owner of the web-space…
is this normal? can I change this anywhere?

    many thanks!

On message lists the status is displayed as sending or sent (plugin the two numbers you see). Check it, is it sending or sent?

    Hi Stefano,

I don’t totally understand what you mean by “message lists” but if I look at the Newsletter I sent it says under “Statistics Module”:

    Total sent 286

so, it seems like it is being sent but, as I mentioned, it takes forever to send, or at least, it doesn’t come to an end, I had to stop it myself…

    Do you have any ideas?

would appreciate it, and also, if you have ideas about the bouncing emails?

    thanks a lot!

Enter the “newsletters” panel, there on each list row there is the status with the number of sent emails (till now) and the total.

ok, so it’s like this it says:

    paused (286/286)

I had to stop it eventually cause it didn’t reach an end…

    any ideas?

If “paused” it’s the status, you probably press the pause button. It should have moved to the “sent” status automatically few minutes later the last emails has been sent.

I’ll check the code. Have you set up a cron job to keep Newsletter working in the right way? See the Delivery Engine page on my site.

Hi Stefano,I don’t know if I have set the cron job in the right way. can I send you access data to my site and you will see? I read the page about Delivery Engine, but don’t feel like I can tell you more now…
I don’t know if this is related but I have received a few Emails saying that a “site lockout” has occurred – I;m not sure what it means and if it could be connected.

thanks you so much for your help!

Hi, I replied to the mail you sent me. It’s better to ask the provider since as you reported, even the test emails are not working.

    Stefano.
