I would like to renew my premium subscription but the form doesn’t take my vat number. So I can’t upgrade. And without the premium version I don’t get any support. Do you want my money or not? I don’t know what to do now…
Hi, I’ve just checked for you. EU VAT service responds:
No, invalid VAT number for cross border transactions within the EU (please refer to FAQ, questions 7, 11, 12, 13 and 20 for more information).
The owner of the VAT number may contact the competent authorities for correction or clarification:
So we cannot accept your VAT number, please continue as a B2C customer.
How do I continue as b2c customer? I won’t get a vat number since I live in the Canary Islands.
Why dont I get any help? This is so frustrating…
To continue as a B2C customer just don’t fill the VAT field.
If I would have known it’s that easy! I could have saved money, time and stress. But thanks anyway.
