Cannot see subscribers or export

http://www.OURwebsite.com/wp-content/plugins/newsletter/users/csv.php just shows a white page and presents no download or screen modal.

Cannot scroll through pages in:

http://www.OURwebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=newsletter_users_index just shows a white page when choosing to scroll through the pagers or attempting to visit any specific page.
