When I try to assign or modify preferences to a subscriber I’m redirected to 404 error page not found.

My modification is not updated so that I can’t manage Preferences.

After doing this, I can’t access to admin panel of wordpress, there is a message that say’s ‘too many redirections’

Then I need to disconnect and suppress cookies to be able to connect again

Hi, try to disable security plugins, or if you have the 404 redirection plugin disable it.

Ask the provider to disable the mod_safe module of apache as well.

If one of those operations work, we can try to find why those protection are triggered.

BTW it’s not the first time this happens and every time was a worng detection of “unsecure traffic” by one of those plugins.

Let me know if disabling one of them solve the problem so I can look forward to solve the problem even on Newsletter plugin side.

    Stefano.

I’m having this issue as well, but when I attempt to create a new newsletter (or preview it).

Is a ‘security plugin’ something specific, or a more general term?

    Hi,

I have no security plugins and no more the 404 redirection plugin.

I use S2member and Advanced Access manager, but there is still the problem when I disable them.

    Hi,

I need and administrative access on your blogs to track down the problem. If you can give me an access I’ll try to reproduce the problem and find a solution.

    Stefano.
