Hi! Thank you so much for such a great/ easy-to-use plugin!

I’ve been trying to add a profile field and it just shows up as text. Here’s what I put on my subscription landing page (and no I didn’t not copied/pasted from your documentation page):
    [newsletter_form button_label="Subscribe!"]
    [newsletter_field name="email" label="Email"]
    [newsletter_field name="first_name" label="First Name"]
    [newsletter_field name="last_name" label="Last Name"]
    [newsletter_field name="profile" number="1" label="Organization"]
    [newsletter_field name="profile" number="2" label="Position"]
    [newsletter_field name="profile" number="3" label="City"]
    [/newsletter_form]

The email, first name, and last name fields seem to work fine, but ‘Organization’, ‘Position’, and ‘City’ all show up as text with no input box.
    What did I miss? 🙁

Hmmm that’s strange. It works for me!

So I decided to abandon the whole profile thing altogether and tried adding preferences (but more like to categorize viewer groups). That didn’t work either since no information was stored on the subscribers page. I then used the most simplistic option, [newsletter], and tested it using my own email account. Another issue arose with the ‘unsubscribe’ link as it only redirects to the sign-up landing page but the page is blank/ no unsubscription confirmation details. My email remains in the subscribed list.
I’m not sure if any of these issues are related. Maybe I subscribed, and re-subscribed, too many times thereby causing errors?
