Hello,
I’ve just downloaded the plugin and wanted to test it during the weekend but I hit a wall really badly. I can’t get the plugin to activate – I get this error message:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Newsletter in (…)/wp-content/plugins/newsletter/plugin.php on line 57
I assume it’s something with permission settings but I can’t figure it out. And I might be wrong.
I’m a bit lost now. Is there any other possible reason?

PS – if there was such a question before – I am sorry for not seeing it – I scanned through the forum but I didn’t see a problem like that, though I can’t say there wasn’t such a post somewhere in the past.
You have two plugin with the same class definition. Disable all newsletter plugin and activate only one at time.
