I purchased access to the newsletter extension downloads and I am trying to get them to work, but when I log in now, I don’t have the option to download them again.
Hi, under your account (msevans12) I don’t find an active contract. Can you send me (at satollo@gmail.com) the invoice of the payment gateway so I can see to which account it is attached (or adjust the transaction)?
May be there has been a failed communication between the payment gateway and the site.
