    I purchased access to the newsletter extension downloads and I am trying to get them to work, but when I log in now, I don’t have the option to download them again.

    Hi, under your account (msevans12) I don’t find an active contract. Can you send me (at satollo@gmail.com) the invoice of the payment gateway so I can see to which account it is attached (or adjust the transaction)?

    May be there has been a failed communication between the payment gateway and the site.

    What does the payment confirmation e-mail look like?

    It is an email from clickbank or bluesnap (did you pay with one ot the other?) with an order number.

    Did you pay with credit card or via paypal?
