    All of a sudden when I test my newsletter by clicking “subscribe” with my email … I receive a 404 error.

    But I still receive a confirmation email that I have been signed up in my email.
    1. WHY am I not receiving an email telling me to click a link to CONFIRM?? I have double-opt in enabled on my configuration, what’s the problem?
    2. When I click unsubscribe or change subscription preferences in the email, again a 404 NOT FOUND error appears. This is odd.

    Next issue, how to I know when my Follow-up emails will be sent? From the time someone signs up, and receives confirmation emails, when will they receive the sequence of emails designed in the follow-up section?

    Lastly, is there an option whereby I can send only new newsletters to those who haven’t yet received my follow-up sequence? I can’t seem to find any such options.

    Also, are there multiple follow-up sequences we can use? It seems like there is only one sequence of a maximum of 10 emails we can use. Thanks, I hope this is working soon but everything seems so complicated.

    Hi, first, are you sing the free version or the pro version?
    About the 404, can you give me a page where to try to subscription?

    I’m using the free version… but I paid 20 bucks for the extensions, so both?

    It’s a private blog, because it’s not released yet. Try going to stopbeingconfusedabouthealth.com (my domain) and on the right is the newsletter widget.

    It WAS working in the past, but never double optin. And now there is an error but it still subscribes me, without sending a confirmation link.

    I just updated the plug in . . . but still 404 error. I even removed the email I used as a subscriber then subscribed again with the same email. 404 error.

    Yet I receive an email and this time, the double opt in works, but when I click the confirmation link, I am sent to a 404 error page, even though the hyperlink says “confirmed” so I’m pretty sure it’s been confirmed, because I recieve a confirmation email afterwards.

    Still trying to figure out when the follow up emails will be sent. Those haven’t worked out yet.

    Hi,

    I am also facing same issue with 404 error.

    When i am trying to subscribe to newsletter, it call ajax in background. But it says “Page not found”.

    Please look into this issue.

    Hi the plugin does not uses ajax, so how the ajax call is made?

    This is interesting for me, i´m having similar problem with 403 error.

    I dont want to try uninstalling and reinstalling…
