AI has been part of the Newsletter plugin for a couple of years. Now, with WP 7, we can give you full control.

Artificial Intelligence in WP 7

WP 7 introduced AI connectors, a new configuration that lets you set up connections with one or more AI providers.

You can find the new configuration under Settings/Connectors.

WP 7 comes with a few listed providers (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) that you can easily activate. But you can find a plugin to connect WP to almost every provider (Mistral, Grok, Ollama, ...).

Anyway, you always need an account (free or paid) and a key from your chosen provider.

AI inside the Newsletter plugin

With Newsletter 9.3, the AI features supplied with our AI add-on have been integrated into the main plugin.

DO NOT WORRY: AI is activated only when you want and need it and only if you set up an AI connector.

The two main features are: subject suggestions based on a provided example and text generation based on a prompt.

Image generation and the like

The Newsletter plugin uses many native WP features, like the media gallery.

To take full advantage of the AI, we suggest installing the official WP AI plugin (at least as a starting point). It extends WP by adding AI in many areas of the admin side, and they'll be available even when using the Newsletter plugin.

It's something growing

Artificial Intelligence inside WP is something new and growing and evolving. If you don't want or don't need it, don't worry, everything is going to work as usual.

But, in our experience, it is something you should explore.
